By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

If you disagree with these terms, I will refuse your commission.

If you breach these terms after I have accepted or completed your commission, you will be informed of your mistake.

If you continue to oppose my terms, you will be blacklisted.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI training or machine learning.

Please do NOT upload my art on sites commonly used to train AI.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to upload my art as an NFT or use my art for cryptocurrency.

When you order a commission, you are expected to have already read my terms of service. It is not my responsibility if you have neglected to do so.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

I have a right to decline your commission for any reason.

I do not draw: furries, extremely muscular characters, elderly characters, mechas, heavy armor, explicit adult content, fetish art, gore, incestuous/"problematic" content, copied styles, or anything that I may find uncomfortable to draw.

Please be aware I will work on personal art while I work on commissions. This does not mean I am not working on your commission as well.

Ordering a commission from me does not give you permission to claim my art as your own, implicitly or explicitly. I still retain complete ownership over the finished artwork - not you, the commissioner.

I retain the right to share and promote my artwork in any personal setting, and with consent from the commissioner, in any public setting as well.

When you are uploading your commission elsewhere, you are expected to upload the watermarked file and provide clear credit to me, the artist, with my username.

You are free to use your commissioned artwork for any sort of personal use, including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and displaying on a personal website/profile.

You may print and create physical reproductions of the commissioned work, as long as it is not strictly personal and not for the intent of sale.

Unless you have paid for commercial use, you are NOT allowed to use the art you have received for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: VTubing, Twitch decoration, YouTube decoration, merch distribution, etc.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my artwork without my permission.You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base".

In the case of delays, I will contact you through the method you contacted me.

When you order a commission from me, you are agreeing to a minimum 2 month wait for your commission.

If you have a deadline you would like me to meet, a rush fee will apply if it is less than 2 months from the date of request.

I will not accept deadlines less than 3 weeks in advance.

I will only accept clear, colored visual references for regular commissions-- no written descriptions. If your character is from a game, you must have multiple clear screenshots showing the character's full design.

You must state in advance if you intend to use your commission for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: reproducing and selling the artwork publicly or privately or usage for platforms where you make a profit. This can include Patreon, YouTube, and Twitch.

If you are unsure about whether or not your use case constitutes commercial use, please feel free to ask.

When ordering, you can choose whether or not to give permission for me to post the final piece. I will not post the final artwork unless you allow me to do so.

If you have a specific idea in mind, please be thorough about explaining your vision so I can best represent it when I draw it. You may send me examples of past artwork you would like me to imitate for your commission.

For regular/non-skeb commissions, 50% down payment must be paid before any work on the commission is done.

Skeb/surprise commissions must be paid 100% upfront.

If your commission constitutes commercial use, it will be subject to extra fees, in accordance to the following tiers:

streaming license (stream assets, stream website display picture, etc.) - additional 50%

promotional license (song cover/MV art, special event art, etc.) - additional 50%

branding license (logos, character design, etc.) - additional 100%

merchandising license (stickers, charms, etc.) - additional 200% price

The complexity and details of your request could be subject to additional fees. These fees may be discussed before slot confirmation.

Please only pay when I ask, and via the method I ask you to pay.

If you initiate a commission and fail to pay, you will be blacklisted.

If I have not started on your commission yet, you are free to request a full cancellation/refund.If I am at or past the sketch stage, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

If I am past the line art stage, you are not eligible for a refund.

If you issue a chargeback, you will be blacklisted and will be forbidden from using the art I have drawn for you.

I will only start on the commission once I have received payment.

I will send you an initial sketch or set of sketches for the pose/concept for you to choose.

Afterwards, I will work on the piece and may provide additional updates, especially if there are details I would like to clarify.

You are allowed to make up to 3 minor revisions once the artwork is complete. Major revisions will require a fee.

It is your responsibility to tell me about any details I miss when I send you WIPs.

For Skeb-like/surprise commissions, no WIPs will be sent. Minor revisions will be accepted for any missing or incorrect details only.

I have the right to cancel/refund a commission at any given time. Explanations will be provided to the client.

When I complete your commission, you will receive the following files:

A .png file of your commission.

A .jpg file of your commission Glazed and with my watermark. This file will be around half the resolution of the other files, and is meant to be the file for public uploads.

If you ordered a piece with a more complex composition, then the files you receive may differ from the aforementioned.

If you have given me permission to do so, I will post the final artwork publicly to promote myself.

Any file you paid for will be available from me indefinitely. I take measures to preserve most files for as long as I can.

However, you are still responsible for saving and holding onto the files you receive.
